Assistance by InNexus. InNexus shall use reasonable efforts consistent with prudent business practices to assist Beglend on an "as needed" basis and at the request of Beglend, for such compensation and on such terms and conditions as the parties may reasonably agree, during the commercialization phase of each Product in the USA and Canada.
