Assigns and Successors. This contract is binding on the County and the Contractor, their successors and assigns. Neither the County nor the Contractor will assign or transfer its interest in this contract without the written consent of the other.

Neither the County nor the Contractor will assign or transfer its interest in this contract without the written consent of the other, except that the Contractor, without thereby being relieved of its duties and obligations under this contract, is permitted to delegate and subcontract the performance of operation of the services as indicated in and accordance with Article VI, Sections 2-4.
