Modification in Writing. No amendment, modification, supplement, termination or waiver of or to any provision hereof, nor consent to any departure by any Pledgor therefrom, shall be effective unless the same shall be made in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement and unless in writing and signed by the Collateral Agent. Any amendment, modification or supplement of or to any provision hereof, any waiver of any provision hereof and any consent to any departure by any Pledgor from the terms of any provision hereof in each case shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which made or given. Except where notice is specifically required by this Agreement or any other document evidencing the Secured Obligations, no notice to or demand on any Pledgor in any case shall entitle any Pledgor to any other or further notice or demand in similar or other circumstances.

Except where notice is specifically required by this Agreement, no notice to or demand on any Pledgor in any case shall entitle any Pledgor to any other or further notice or demand in similar or other circumstances.

Any amendment, modification or supplement of or to any provision hereof, any waiver of any provision hereof and any consent to any departure by any Grantor from the terms of any provision hereof shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which made or given. Except where notice is specifically required by this Security Agreement or any other document evidencing the Secured Obligations, no notice to or demand on any Grantor in any case shall entitle any Grantor to any other or further notice or demand in similar or other circumstances.
Modification in Writing. This Agreement may not be modified except by an agreement in writing signed by the parties hereto or their respective successors in interest.
Modification in Writing. No modification of the Full Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by authorized representatives of all Parties.

No modification, consent, amendment or waiver of any provision of this Guaranty, and no consent to any departure by Guarantor herefrom, shall be effective unless the same shall be in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer of Administrative Agent and Guarantor and then shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which given.
Modification in Writing. No oral agreement, statement, promise, commitment or representation will alter or terminate the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement cannot be changed or modified except by written agreement signed by Executive and authorized representatives of the Company.
Modification in Writing. This Agreement may be modified only by written agreement of all parties. Any such modifications are subject to all applicable approval processes required by, without limitation, City’s Charter and City’s Administrative Code.

Any amendment, modification or supplement of or to any provision hereof, any waiver of any provision hereof and any consent to any departure by the Mortgagor from the terms of any provision hereof shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which made or given. Except where notice is specifically required by this Mortgage or any other Collateral Document, no notice to or demand on the Mortgagor in any case shall entitle the Mortgagor to any other or further notice or demand in similar or other circumstances.
