Common use of Assignments by Lender Clause in Contracts

Assignments by Lender. The Lender may at any time assign to one or more assignees all or a portion of its rights and obligations under this Agreement (including all or a portion of its Revolving Credit Commitment and the Loans at the time owing to it). Any assignment by the Lender under this Section 10.8.2 when no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing shall be subject to the Borrowers’ consent (not to be unreasonably withheld); provided, however, that if the Lender has requested Borrowers’ consent and no consent (or refusal to provide consent) has been received within ten (10) days, such consent shall be deemed granted.
