ASSIGNMENT, TRANSFER, AND SUBCONTRACTING. The Center may not assign, transfer, or subcontract any portion of this Agreement without prior written approval by the City/County and MDOC. If such approval is granted, the Center accepts responsibility for the adherence to the terms of this Agreement by such contractors, subcontractors, or subrecipient entities and by any public or private agents or agencies to which it delegates authority to carry out any portion(s) of this Agreement.
