Assignment Term. The intended period during which the Assignment will be in force, as set out in the Assignment Schedule (including any extensions agreed with the Employment Business).
Assignment Term. Your assignment to the Host Country is expected to continue for 36 months from the date of your arrival in the Host Country, which is expected to occur on or about August 1st, 2012, subject to your receipt of a valid work authorization and medical clearances, if applicable. The date on which you arrive in the Host Country to begin your assignment is the “Assignment Effective Date.” Throughout this Agreement, the term “assignment” refers to the period from the Assignment Effective Date until the date on which (i) you return permanently to the Home Country, (ii) you are transferred to and become an employee of the Host Company, or (iii) your employment with Vistaprint and its affiliates terminates for any reason, whichever of (i) through (iii) happens first.
Assignment Term. The term of this Assignment is from July 1, 2020 to April 30, 2025, Landlord acknowledging that the first five-year extension option contained in the Lease having been properly exercised. Assignee may exercise the second five-year extension option pursuant to the terms of the Lease.
Assignment Term. This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the parties hereto. However, this Agreement may not be assigned by either party, whether in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the other party. The term of this Agreement (the "Term") commences on the Closing Date of the initial public offering of common shares of Larscom (the "Effective Date") and terminates on the second anniversary of the Effective Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all provisions of this Agreement which relate to, are connected with, or apply to, a Loan or the Note shall survive such termination.
Assignment Term. (a) This Agreement shall be effective from the 18th day of December 2003, to the 18th day of June 2004 (the "Assignment Term").
Assignment Term. Assignee’s and the State’s respective performances under this Assignment and the changes to the Contract contained herein shall commence on the Assignment and Amendment Effective Date shown on the Signature and Cover Page and shall terminate on the Expiration of the Contract.
