Assignment Surveys. If requested by BPOA in preparation for the next MOU negotiations, the City agrees to survey the following assignment differentials for consideration in order to assess whether the assignment differentials for BPOA members are competitive with the agencies listed in E.1.a.1. of this Article and in accordance with the following methodology.
