Common use of Assignment/Subletting Clause in Contracts

Assignment/Subletting. 7.01. Lessee shall not assign this Lease, nor sublet the premises or any part thereof, without first having received the written consent of Lessors, which consent Lessors shall not unreasonably withhold.

The Lessee shall not assign this Lease, nor Lease or sublet any portion of the premises or any part thereof, Leased Premises without first having received the prior written consent of Lessorsthe Lessor, which consent Lessors except under certain circumstances pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement and agreed to herein. Consent to sublease shall not be unreasonably withholdwithheld by the Lessor. Any such assignment or subletting without consent shall be void.
