ASSIGNMENT & SUBLETTING. 14.1 Xxxxxx agrees that neither the leased premises nor any part thereof shall be sublet nor shall this Lease Agreement be assigned by Xxxxxx without prior written consent of Lessor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. If Lessor does give consent, such consent shall not release Lessee from its obligation hereunder, unless a release is specifically given by Xxxxxx.
