Assignment/Subcontracts. [CERES/IGER] has concluded this Agreement with [Party] in view of [Party]’s specific qualifications and [Party] shall not have the right to assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement nor to sub-contract any part of the Program activities to any third party, except with the prior written approval of [CERES/IGER]. [CERES/IGER] has the right to assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party. Further, [CERES/IGER] has the right to entrust the implementation of all or part of its obligations under this Agreement to any of its affiliates.
