Common use of Assignment Orders Clause in Contracts

Assignment Orders. For every Assignment which is entrusted to the Contractor pursuant to the Agreement, a separate Assignment Order will be signed by the Parties. Each Assignment Order and this Agreement shall form a single agreement between the Parties. The provisions of this Agreement constitute an integral part of each Assignment Order. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the Assignment Order, the Assignment Order shall prevail.
