Assignment Orders. For every Assignment which is entrusted to the Contractor pursuant to the Agreement, a separate Assignment Order will be signed by the Parties.
Assignment Orders. To initiate a search (“Search”), the NGA authorized Human Resources representative will issue an assignment order (“Order”) via NGA’s Vendor Management Platform (TheJobPost) as authorization for Supplier to proceed with the specified Search. Each Order shall contain the information set forth below:
(a) Description of position and targeted salary for prospective Search.
(b) Anticipated milestone dates for prospective Search.
(c) Name and contact information of NGA Recruiting Manager.
Assignment Orders. For every Assignment which is entrusted to the Contractor pursuant to Clause 4.1 of the Agreement, a separate Assignment Order will be signed by the Parties. Each Assignment Order together with this Agreement shall form a single agreement between the Parties for the fulfilment of the specific Assignment. The provisions of this Agreement constitute an integral part of each Assignment Order. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the Assignment Order, the Agreement shall prevail.
