Common use of Assignment of Rents Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Rents. Upon receipt by Tenant of written notice from Lender that Lender has elected to terminate the license granted to Mortgagor to collect rents, as provided in the Security Instrument, and directing the payment of rents by Tenant to Lender, Tenant shall comply with such direction to pay and shall not be required to determine whether Mortgagor is in default under the Loan and/or the Security Instrument.

Assignment of Rents. Upon receipt by Tenant of written notice from Lender that Lender has elected to terminate the license granted to Mortgagor to collect rents, as provided in the Security Instrument, and directing the payment of rents by Tenant to Lender, Tenant shall comply with such direction to pay and shall not be required to determine whether Mortgagor is in default under the Loan and/or the Security Instrument, and, Mortgagor agrees that any amount so paid by Tenant shall automatically be credited towards Tenant’s obligations under the Lease.

Upon receipt by Tenant of written notice from Lender that Lender has elected to terminate the license granted to Mortgagor to collect rents, as provided in the Security Instrument, and directing the payment of rents by Tenant to Lender, Tenant shall comply with such direction to pay and shall not be required to determine whether Mortgagor is in default under the Loan and/or the Security InstrumentInstrument and Mortgagor shall have no claim against Tenant for Tenant’s compliance with this provision.
