Assignment of Officer’s Rights. The Officer may not assign, pledge or otherwise transfer any of the benefits of this Agreement either before or after termination of employment, and any purported assignment, pledge or transfer of any payment to be made by the Company hereunder shall be void and of no effect. No payment to be made to the Officer hereunder shall be subject to the claims of creditors of the Officer.
