Common use of Assignment of Manufacturer’s Warranties Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Manufacturer’s Warranties. (01/20) In all cases where Goods are covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty, Contractor will provide the City with all Manufacturer’s Warranties. Contractor will assign to the City any Manufacturer’s Warranty applicable to any respective Good. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor shall be held responsible by the City for correction to or replacement of the Goods or any of its components during the period of a Manufacturer’s Warranty.
