Common use of Assignment of Claims Act Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Claims Act. To promptly comply, upon request by the Bank, with any and all of the requirements of Title 31 Section 3727 and Title 00 Xxxxxxx 00 xx xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Code and all rules and regulations relating thereto, as amended, where such statutes, rules and regulations are, at the option of the Bank, applicable to particular contracts, and shall at all times take all such other action as may be necessary to facilitate and/or ensure perfection of the Bank’s security interest in and the assignment of the contracts.
