Attached hereto as Schedule 9 is a true and correct list of all written contracts between the Borrower or any Material Domestic Subsidiary and the United States government or any department or agency thereof that have a remaining value of at least $5,000,000, setting forth the contract number, name and address of contracting officer (or other party to whom a notice of assignment under the Assignment of Claims Act should be sent), contract start date and end date, agency with which the contract was entered into, and a description of the contract type.
