Assignment Duration. a. Assignments will run for a limited time up to the agreed end date and/or the completion of the agreed assignment. The assignment will end ipso jure at that point. b. Notice of early termination of an assignment should be given in writing, subject to a notice period of at least one month. c. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ is entitled to suspend the completion of all current assignments between the client and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, or to terminate these assignments without serving notice of default and without any obligation to compensate for damage, if: • the client fails to (promptly) fulfil any obligations under the assignment; • it becomes apparent that the client will not, not fully and/or not promptly fulfil or be able to fulfil its obligations towards ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇; • the client is under liquidation, has been declared bankrupt or has applied for suspension of payment. If an assignment is terminated, the obligations of the client towards ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ will become due immediately. d. An assignment will end ipso jure if and when ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ is no longer able to contract the IP because the model agreement between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and the IP has been terminated for whatever reason. In this event, no failure to meet its obligations towards the client may be attributed to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ will not accept liability for any damage suffered by the client as a result. The IP is entitled to set his/her own working times and hours within the specifications of the assignment and the requirements for proper performance of the assignment.
