Assignment; Contractors. You may not assign the Contract, these Terms of Services, or any Addenda or any of your rights thereunder to any person. Any such assignment will be void. You acknowledge that we may use contractors or subcontractors to perform the Services. We acknowledge that use of contractors or subcontractors to perform the Services does not relieve us of our obligation to provide the Services.
