Common use of Assignment Completion Clause in Contracts

Assignment Completion. Whenever possible a nurse who is reassigned mid-shift (floated) shall be granted sufficient time to complete the nurse’s patient care assignment, including patient care documentation (charting) and patient report to the nurse assuming the nurse’s patient’s care prior to being required to report for a new assignment in another nursing unit.
