Common use of Assignment Clause Clause in Contracts

Assignment Clause. BHA may assign this Contract without the Consultant's prior written approval and such assignment shall inure to the benefit of BHA and its successors and/or assigns, heirs and legal representatives and shall be binding upon Consultant, its successors and permitted assigns, if any, pursuant to the terms hereof. Said assignment agreement will require the assignee to assume all of the obligations of BHA under this Contract. Consultant may not assign this Contract without specific written permission from BHA in advance.
