Common use of Assignment Clause Clause in Contracts

Assignment Clause. Any successor of the Company, whether by purchase, merger, reorganization, or otherwise, shall assume and be bound by all obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to the severance provisions outlined in Section 7(b). This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of any such successor.
