Common use of Assignment by Consultant Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Consultant. Consultant shall not assign this Agreement, or any part of this Agreement, or any right to any monies to be paid under this Agreement, without on each occasion obtaining the prior written consent of PGW. In no case shall approval by PGW of the assignment of any monies to be paid under this Agreement relieve Consultant from its obligations hereunder or change the remaining terms of this Agreement. Any purported assignment in violation of this Article shall be of no effect.
