Assignment by City. City shall have the right to assign, in whole or in part, any or all of its rights, titles or interests in and to the Leased Premises or this Lease and, upon any such assignment, City shall be relieved of all unaccrued liabilities and obligations hereunder to the extent of the interest so assigned.
