Common use of Assignment by Assignor Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Assignor. Assignor sells, conveys, grants, transfers and assigns to Assignee all of Assignor’s right, title and interest in and to the Ground Lease and any and all amendments thereto, together with Assignor’s leasehold estate as set forth in the Ground Lease and all easements, licenses and other rights or privileges accruing to Assignor under or in connection with the Ground Lease. 3.
