Common use of Assignment by Assignor Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Assignor. Assignor hereby assigns, transfers, sets over, grants and conveys to Assignee, its successors and assigns, all of the right, title, and interest of Assignor in and to the Master Lease, as such may have been amended, extended, renewed or supplemented from time to time.
