Common use of Assignment and Sub-Subletting Clause in Contracts

Assignment and Sub-Subletting. Subtenant shall have no right to assign its interest in this Sublease or further sublet any portion of the Subleased Premises without Sublandlord’s prior consent, which consent may be withheld in Sublandlord’s sole and absolute discretion.
