Common use of Assignment and Endorsements Clause in Contracts

Assignment and Endorsements. At Purchaser’s (or Designated Servicer’s) direction and in Purchaser’s sole discretion, Seller shall, at its own cost and expense, prepare and/or complete endorsements to Mortgage Notes and assignments of Mortgages (including any interim endorsements or assignments), in each case to the extent subject to an affected Transaction, prior to the Servicing Transfer Date.
