Assignment and Compensation. Those teachers participating in CCP shall be members of the Riverside Local Education Association; however, in the absence of a qualified or interested bargaining unit member, the District may use outside personnel to teach CCP courses provided that it does not result in reduction in force. Bargaining members participating in CCP will receive a stipend equivalent to 1% of the base salary as defined in Article XIII section A of the negotiated agreement for each separate CCP class taught.
