Common use of Assignee Bound Clause in Contracts

Assignee Bound. Any assignee or sublessee shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of this lease, including without limitation, those terms and conditions applicable to assignment or subletting, provided that the assignment or sublease may be canceled or terminated, but not otherwise modified, without the consent of the Lessor, but, in any such event, the Lessor shall be promptly notified of the cancellation or termination and provided with copies of all documents incident thereto.
