Optionee Bound by Plan. The Optionee hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and agrees to be bound by all the terms and provisions thereof.
Optionee Bound by Plan. Optionee hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and acknowledges that Optionee shall be bound by its terms, regardless of whether such terms have been set forth in the Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is an inconsistency between the terms of the Plan and the terms of this Agreement, Optionee shall be bound by the terms of the Plan.
Optionee Bound by Plan. Optionee hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and agrees to be bound by all the terms and provisions thereof Except as provided in Section 5 hereof, in the event any of the terms of this Agreement are deemed to conflict with any of the terms of the Plan, the terms of the Plan shall prevail.
Optionee Bound by Plan. The Optionee hereby acknowledges receipt of the attached copy of the Plan and agrees to be bound by all the terms and provisions thereof, as amended, and by all determinations of the Committee thereunder.
Optionee Bound by Plan. The Optionee hereby agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions of the Plan. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the terms of the Plan, the terms of the Plan shall govern.
Optionee Bound by Plan. The Optionee agrees to be bound by all terms and provisions of this Agreement and of the Plan, including terms and provisions adopted after the granting of this Option but prior to the complete exercise of the Option. In the event any provisions hereof are inconsistent with those of the Plan, the provisions of the Plan shall control. By accepting the Option or exercising any portion of it, the Optionee signifies his or her understanding of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan.
Optionee Bound by Plan. In consideration of the grant of the Option, Optionee agrees that he will comply with such conditions as the Board of Directors and the Committee may impose on the exercise of the Option and be bound by the terms of the Plan.
Optionee Bound by Plan. The Optionee hereby agrees to be bound by all the terms and provisions of the Plan, a copy of which is available upon request to the Committee.
Optionee Bound by Plan. The Optionee hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and agrees to be bound by all the terms and provisions of the Plan, as in effect on the date hereof and as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with its terms, all of which terms and provisions are incorporated herein by reference. If there shall be any inconsistency between the terms and provisions of the Plan, as in effect from time to time, and those of this Agreement, the terms and provisions of the Plan, as in effect from time to time, shall control.
Optionee Bound by Plan. The Optionee hereby agrees to be bound by all the terms and provisions of the Plan.
