Common use of Assignee Bound Clause in Contracts

Assignee Bound. Every assignee, whether as assignee or as successor in interest of any assignee of Tenant herein named or as assignee of the holder of any Permitted Mortgage, or as successor in interest of any assignee, including any purchaser of the Lease under a foreclosure of any Permitted Mortgage, shall immediately be and become and remain liable for the payment of Base Rent and Additional Rent, and for the full and prompt performance of all the covenants and agreements hereof on Tenant’s part to be performed to the end of the Term, except as hereinafter provided in this Section 15. No such assignment shall release Tenant from any obligations hereunder.
