Common use of Assigned Tasks Clause in Contracts

Assigned Tasks. The County agrees to perform all tasks specifically and expressly assigned to it in this Agreement, or in any Schedule, Attachment or Appendix hereto, and may, in its discretion, use other competent, qualified and experienced contractors or subcontractors to perform any such task.
