Common use of Assigned Tasks Clause in Contracts

Assigned Tasks. Client agrees to perform all of the tasks assigned to Client as set forth in this Agreement and to provide all assistance and cooperation to Developer in order to complete timely and efficiently the Work and execute all Change Requests. Client shall be responsible for making, at its own expense, any changes or additions to Clients’ current systems, software, and hardware that may be required to support operation of the Technologies.
