Assigned Numbers. Vendor acknowledges that the Vendor A/P number and department number referenced on page 1 of this cxxxxx.xxx Drop-Ship Vendor Agreement, as well as any vendor number assigned to Vendor by cxxxxx.xxx, are included for the sole benefit of cxxxxx.xxx and may be changed by cxxxxx.xxx at any time and from time to time. Cxxxxx.xxx will notify Vendor of any such change(s) and Vendor will thereafter use the revised number(s) as and when required by cxxxxx.xxx.

  • CUSIP and CINS Numbers The Company in issuing the Notes may use “CUSIP” and “CINS” numbers, and the Trustee will use CUSIP numbers or CINS numbers in notices of redemption or exchange or in Offers to Purchase as a convenience to Holders, the notice to state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of redemption or exchange or Offer to Purchase. The Company will promptly notify the Trustee of any change in the CUSIP or CINS numbers.

  • CUSIP/ISIN Numbers The Issuer in issuing the Notes may use CUSIP and ISIN numbers (in each case, if then generally in use) and, if so, the Trustee shall use CUSIP and ISIN numbers in notices of redemption as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of redemption and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such redemption shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers.
