Assigned Location. The Employee’s failure to work at the home office during designated office hours may be considered grounds for disciplinary action. Pay, Attendance and Recordkeeping. All pay, leave and travel entitlement will be based on the Employee's official duty station. Employee's time and attendance will be recorded as performing official duties at the official duty station. Recordkeeping requirements and procedures for requesting paid and unpaid time off (leaves, vacation, bereavement, etc.) for telecommuting employees are the same as for non-telecommuting employees. Leave. Employees must obtain Agency supervisory approval before taking leave in accordance with established office procedures. Employee agrees to follow established procedures for requesting and obtaining approval of leave. Work Assignments. The Employee will schedule telephone conferences with the supervisor to receive assignments and to review completed work as necessary or appropriate. The Employee will travel to the Agency on a reasonable basis with advance notice at the Agency’s request. The Agency will only reimburse mileage in excess of what is the normal and customary commute to the employee’s assigned work location, in this case, (Agency assigned location). The Employee will complete all assigned work according to work procedures mutually agreed upon by the Employee and the supervisor according to guidelines and standards stated in the Employee's job description. The employee will provide a work activity report to her Supervisor on a weekly basis.

Each Party shall ensure that major suppliers in its territory provide to suppliers of public telecommunications services of the other Party physical co-location of equipment necessary for interconnection or access to unbundled network elements on a timely basis and on terms, conditions and at cost-oriented rates that are reasonable and non-discriminatory.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.
