Assigned Caseload Sample Clauses
Assigned Caseload. Assigned Caseload for LPHA, which is set out in the Exhibit C of this Agreement, is determined by OHA using the WIC funding formula approved by CHLO MCH and CHLO Executive Committee in February of 2003. This Assigned Caseload is used as a standard to measure LPHA’s Caseload management performance and is used in determining NSA funding for LPHA.
