Common use of Asset Classification Clause in Contracts

Asset Classification. 4.1 Assets will be classified by the Customer into groups based on criticality to the Customer’s business. 4.2 Assets will be classified by the Customer during the Preparation Phase as being one of: (a) External IP (public addresses); (b) Critical devices with an internal IP address, including devices such as servers, routers and core switches; or (c) Other devices with an internal IP address, including desktops and laptops.
