ASSESSOR RECORDS. a. Business Property Statement data collected pursuant to this Agreement will not be shared between the parties except as authorized by the Code; and each Assessor's data is to be maintained separate and distinct to the individual county of each Assessor as provided by Section 408, 451 b. The Coordinating Assessor shall require that any provider of services contemplated by this Agreement shall agree that records, data, information, materials, and forms are the property of the Assessors at all times and to maintain the confidentiality of all Assessor and County- related records and information pursuant to all statutory laws relating to privacy and confidentiality that currently exist or exist at any time during the term of this Agreement. All such records and information shall be considered confidential and kept confidential by the and its staff, agents and employees.
