ASA. Subject to PALMSOURCE’s rights under Section 5.3, and any licenses granted herein, all right, title and interest in and to all DELIVERABLES, PORTED PRODUCT, ASA’s CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, and works derivative of any of the foregoing, or new releases thereof, including, but not limited to, all INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS therein, shall be the sole and exclusive property of ASA and ACCESS.
