Common use of AS TRUSTEE Clause in Contracts

AS TRUSTEE. By: ------------------------ as Authenticating Agent By: ------------------------ Authorized Signatory If all of the Securities of any series may not be originally issued at one time, and if the Trustee does not have an office capable of authenticating Securities upon original issuance located in a Place of Payment where the Issuer wishes to have Securities of such series authenticated upon original issuance, the Trustee, if so requested in writing (which writing need not be accompanied by or contained in an Officers' Certificate by the Issuer), shall appoint in accordance with this Section an Authenticating Agent having an office in a Place of Payment designated by the Issuer with respect to such series of Securities.
