Provisions Binding on Successors. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements in this Indenture contained by or on behalf of the Company or the Guarantor shall bind their respective successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not.
Provisions Binding on Successors. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements in this Agreement contained by the relevant Issuer and (in the case of Notes issued by an Issuer other than GE Capital) the Guarantor shall bind its successors and assigns whether so expressed or not.
