As to Trademarks, Patents and Copyrights. (a) Each Grantor shall, either itself or through licensees, continue to use the Trademarks as each is currently used in the Grantor's business in order to maintain the Trademarks in full force free from any claim of abandonment for nonuse and each such Grantor will not (and will not permit any licensee thereof to) do any act or knowingly omit to do any act whereby any Trademark may become invalidated, unless such failure to use a Trademark is not reasonably likely to have a material adverse effect on the condition (financial or otherwise), operation or properties of the Grantors taken as a whole.

(a) (i) Each Grantor shall, either itself or through licensees, continue to use the Trademarks as each is currently used in the Grantor's business in order to maintain the Trademarks in full force free from any claim of abandonment for nonuse nonuse, and (ii) each such Grantor will not (and will not permit any licensee thereof to) do any act or knowingly omit to do any act whereby any Trademark may become invalidated, unless unless, in the cases of clauses (i) and (ii), such failure to maintain or use a Trademark is not reasonably likely to have a material adverse effect on the condition (financial or otherwise), operation or properties of the Grantors taken as a whole.
