As to Section 22. 2.1.2, the initiating Party’s notice shall identify the arbitrator such Party is appointing. The responding Party shall respond within 30 days after receipt of such notice, identifying the arbitrator such Party is appointing. If such Party does not name an arbitrator within the 30 days, the AAA will name the arbitrator for such Party within 30 days after expiration of such period. The two arbitrators so appointed or named shall select a third arbitrator within 30 days after the second arbitrator has been appointed or named.
