Common use of Artist’s Consent Clause in Contracts

Artist’s Consent. Unless specifically notified to the contrary, in writing, by the Artist prior to signing an Artist Agreement, the Artist’s signature on the Artist Agreement shall constitute the Artist’s consent for the EMPLOYER to use railroad travel.
