Common use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Models Clause in Contracts

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Models. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Terms of Agreement, Client shall not use the Information in connection with artificial intelligence technologies or tools, machine learning models or tools, or language models to generate any data or content and/or to synthesize or combine the Information or any portion thereof with any other data or content.
