Artifact. Artifacts shall mean any products generated, developed or used by a certificated teacher. Artifacts should not be created specifically for the evaluation system. Artifacts should only be used: (1) to support components that are not directly observable and (2) provide evidence when the Evaluator did not find sufficient evidence to support a score of proficient or distinguished during direct observation.
