Common use of ARTICLE STEWARDS Clause in Contracts

ARTICLE STEWARDS. The Company acknowledgesthe right of the Union to elect or appoint one ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in each department (grocery and produce) and/or shift, of which one (1) will be the Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, to assist the employees with the presentationof their grievances. The Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will normally deal on matters which are to be brought to the Company's attention.
