ARTICLE, SECTION AND EXHIBIT HEADINGS AND REFERENCES; GENDER; NUMBER. The captions of each article, section, subsection and exhibit of this Agreement and the pronouns used herein, whether masculine, feminine or neuter, singular or plural, are intended only for convenience and shall not be construed to limit or change the meaning of any language contained in this Agreement. Whenever appropriate to the context, the neuter or either gender shall be deemed to include the masculine or the feminine, as the case may be, the singular shall be deemed to include the plural, or conversely. A reference to any exhibit, article, section, subsection or other provision is a reference to such exhibit to or provision of this Agreement unless otherwise required by the context.

  • Headings and Exhibits The headings herein are for purposes of references only and shall not otherwise affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision hereof. The schedules and exhibits attached hereto and referred to herein shall constitute a part of this Agreement and are incorporated into this Agreement for all purposes.

  • Headings; Gender The headings of this Agreement are for convenience of reference and shall not form part of, or affect the interpretation of, this Agreement. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, each pronoun herein shall be deemed to include the masculine, feminine, neuter, singular and plural forms thereof.   • References and Headings In this Agreement and in any such amendment, references to this Agreement and all expressions such as "herein," "hereof," and "hereunder," shall be deemed to refer to this Agreement as amended or affected by any such amendments. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original.
