ARTICLE         OF. This agreement shall remain in force and effect until March and shall continue in force from year to year thereafter unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its desire to bargain for amendments no more than ninety (90) days before the date of termination or of proposed revision to the agreement. Either the Hospital or Union party may discontinue the job-sharing concept with days notice.
